- The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement to acquire detailed terrain data using airborne LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) technology, and digital orthoimagery (aerial photography) for selected reaches (including tributaries) on the Grande Ronde and Lostine Rivers, Oregon and Lemhi River, Idaho. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation. RFQ 07SQ108260 will be available electronically on or about September 5, 2007 and offers will be due on or before September 18, 2007. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation on or about September 20, 2007, that is most advantageous and of best value to the Government. Important Notices: 1) Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award; 2) Submission of quotes must be in accordance with the solicitation. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541370 ; the Small Business size standard for this code is $4.5 million.
