- The Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Ft. Campbell, KY, US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Dictaphone Annual Maintenance and Services. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (Note 22), for this requireme nt. The suggested contractor is Dictaphone Corporation, 3191 Broadbridge Ave. Stratford, CT, 06614-2566. The Dictaphone Enterprise Express Systems are currently being utilized in this facility and it is essential to maintain the annual maintenance and s ervices. This is not a request for proposal. However, parties interested in future requirements shall provide detailed information of their technical capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. This information will be r eviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
