- Installation of Underground Sewer, Water and Electric at Hanks Creek Park, Sam Rayburn Reservoir, Angelina County, TX. Contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment to construct and install the utilities named above per plans and specifications. Government will furnish all electrical components, trash tanks and sewage lift station. Anticipated fixed price construction contract with a magnitude of $25,000 to $100,000. The contractor shall be required to commence work within (10) calendar days af ter approval of bonding protection and executed copy of the Notice to Proceed from the Contracting Officer.
