- See Numbered Notes 22 and 26. The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) intends to solicit and award a modification to Time & Materials/Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Number W15P7T-04- D-L204, as a sole source action to Smiths Detection-Edgewood Inc., Edgewood, MD, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source. This action will extend the contract ordering period from 30 September 2008 to September 2009 and increase the contrac t ordering ceiling from $15.550M to $27.050M to enable additional delivery orders to be issued for sustainment, fielding, support, and spare parts for the Meteorological Measuring Set (MMS) and MMS-Profiler (MMS-P), and enhancements to MMS-P. The Governme nt does not possess a detailed technical data package suitable for a competitive solicitation. The Statement of Work and Spares Addendum are as incorporated in the basic contract.
