- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify submission instructions. Offers shall be submitted electronically to, brett.luchsinger@us.army.mil. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt either via email confirmation request or telephone, ( 309) 782-3869. Offers shall include offerors name, address, CAGE Code, unit price for each line item, unit price for each option line item, and completed FAR 52.212-3. The option price shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Opti ons. If a unit price for the option is not included with offer, the basic unit price shall be used for evaluation/award of any option quantities. The closing date/time of this combined synopsis/solicitation remains the same; 03:30 PM (CST) 7 September 20 07. All other terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged.
