- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify submission instructions. Offers shall be submitted electronically to, gerry.haan@us.army.mil. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt either via email confirmation request or telephone, (309) 7 82-5155. Offers shall include offerors name, address, CAGE Code, unit price, unit price for option, completed FAR 52.247-60, and completed FAR 52.212-3. The option price shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options. If a unit price for the option is not included with offer, the basic unit price shall be used for evaluation/award of any option quantities. The closing date/time of this combined synopsis/solicitation remains the same; 03:30 PM (CST) 7 September 2007. All other t erms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged
