- This amendment 01 is issued to respond to offeror's questions. QUESTION 1. In regards to the below solicitation, we are wondering if there are more evaluation criteria? As stated in the solicitation, the criteria are the items in section 3.12, which are fairly easy to meet. Is the Government selecting a pre-determined number BPA holders per each GSA Schedule type (i.e. Schedules 70, 41, 95, etc.)? If we want to bid on future task orders for the various GSA Schedules that we currently are not on, mus t we describe our team in this initial proposal or will that be considered at the task order level? That is, for instance, we have a partner that provides power backup, which is not on our GSA 70 schedule (obviously), but is on our partners Schedule 61. Must we propose them as subcontractors at this point in order to receive future consideration for a GSA Schedule 61 item? ANSWER 1. It is not the intent of the USA AMCOM to award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against GSA Schedules. Offerors proposing BPAs against GSA schedules are not in compliance with the solicitation and will not be considered. QUESTION 2. I have a question about the NAICS code listed on solicitation number W31P4Q-07-T-0552. The size standard for NAICS 423430 is 100 employees; on the solicitation the small business size standard states 500 employees. Could you please confirm? ANSWER 2. The correct size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees. QUESTION 3. I meet all the criteria outlined in your solicitation except one: I a m not adjacent to Redstone Arsenal, AL. ANSWER 3: Offerors must be within 60 miles of Gate 1, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Offerors are required to certify that their facilities involved in the ordering and receipt of equipment purchased under the BPA are within 60 miles of Gate 1 at Redstone Arsenal, AL, and this location must be registered in the CCR at the time of the offerors proposal submission. The closing date and time remains 4:00 PM CST 31 Aug 2007.
