- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 109th Airlift Wing requires the following: Koike Aronson Model 2H 2T PE power elevating head and tailstock or equal. 5,000 pound load capacity between head and tail, 2,500 pound load overhang capacity, .01 to 1.0 RPM standard variable speed, 30,000 pound per inch max rotational torque, 22 inch to 52 inch elevation centerline range, 22 IPM lift speed, 1,500 AMP ground current condition, 2 inch thru 2.52 X 3/4 inch spindle thru hole, 36 inch diameter machined table size.
