- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Requested for Quote (RFQ) for New SIPR Bridge. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circ ular 2005-15. This procurement will be a 100 % small business set aside (NAICS: 334310, size standard 750 Employees). Prospective should be quoted materials and installations in accordance with the attachment at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Installment required two difference locations. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certificati ons- Commercial Items (note: as of 1 January 2005, offerors are required to enter their representations and certifications on line at http://orca.bpn.gov); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, with the following evaluation criteria: Price. The foll owing clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms.
