- Seeking qualifications of vendors capable of providing a Sewer Pipeline Inspection Robotic Crawler System to the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY 10996. The system shall be Envirosight-brand Rovver Outpost 125 or equal, with the following mini mum required specifications: SEWER PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEM - Waterproof - Compact design - Remote handlheld controller - Front camera & rear camera accessory - Color pan & tilt camera - Capable of operation in 6-inch to 36-inch diameter pipes - Ability to steer around bends, multiple elbows and obstructions - Wheeled - treads not acceptable - 2 sets of extra grease wheels - 3-1/2-inch +/- & 5-1/2-inch +/- - Manhole elevator kit w/ cable-roller accessories - Tyger tail for manhole bottom protection - Automatic feed and retraction of cable - Video editing/recording deck - 17-inch monitor - DVD/VCR recorder combo - Standard warranty - Vendor to offer pricing and terms for extended warranty Interested parties are asked to provide (i) business name and geographical location; (ii) size of business (large, small) and identification under SBA socioeconomic criteria (e.g., 8[a], HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.), (iii) whether the vendor is registered in both the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA) websites; and (iv) whether vendor has previously supplied goods to or provided services at the U. S. Military Academy. If other than the Envirosight-brand Outpost 125 system described above, vendor should provide information on the proposed system, including manufacturer, model and part numbers for all components thereof, description of any significant variations from the minimum specifications stated above and specifications for said system.
