Description

Question: Who is the current contractor? Answer: There currently is no contractor because a contract is not in place at this time. Question: When is the post guide and map scheduled to be out or when does it publish? Answer: Not later than 15 January 2008. Question: Is this restricted to small business? Answer: No. It is unrestricted in accordance with DODI 5120.4, paragraph E4.1.10.2. Question: According to section C.1.2.1.2. The Contract Manager or alternate(s), shall be available from 7:30 a.m. through 5 p.m. MST/MDT on weekday duty hours, within 60 minutes after notification, to meet on the installation with Government personnel designated by the Contracting Officer to discuss problem areas. After normal duty hours, the Contract Mana ger or designated alternate(s) shall be available within 2 hours after notification. Does this mean that person has to be within that distance year round? Or is it just during the time frame that the post guide is being put together? Answer: The Public Affairs Office would like a local point of contact during the time frame the post guide is being put together. It doesnt need to be the primary Contract Manager, but someone the Public Affairs Office can talk to face-to-face. Question: Can you provide me with a copy of the current Post Guide?
