- Redstone Arsenal (RSA)-Sources Sought #6. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain industry comments and suggestions about a proposed incentive fee and cost share structure for Task Order 0001 of the RSA requirement. A document titled, Proposed Incentive Fee and Cost Share Structure has been added to the below website. Please review this document and provide comments to Lane Gary at lane.gary@us.army.mil no later than 10 September 2007 at 1:00PM Eastern Time. Responses are strictly voluntary and will not affect the ability to submit an offer, when a solicitation is released. There is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement. Please do not send any proposals. Requests for proposals, when issued, will be available on the Internet at FedBizOpps.gov. Of particular interest to the Government are industry comments concerning the use of a cost share structure if the total cost exceeds the point at which the contractor will earn only the minimum fee. This structure differs from some other cost-reimbursable contracts/task orders where the Government is 100 percent responsible for cost overruns once the contractors minimum fee is reached.
