- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and DFARS Change Notice 20070426. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336112, size standard 1000 employees. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following: 2 EA RTV Diesel 4X4; 900 cc or better 2 EA RTV Trailer 2 sets RTV Reinforced Front Rims 2 sets RTV Reinforced Rear Rims or EQUAL.
