- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, material, supervision and transportation necessary to provide officiating and scorekeeping services at Bolling Air Force Base for all Youth Sports, Little League, Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and recreational sports activities as defined in accordance with this statement of work. Sports to be officiated are Little League Baseball / Softball, Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 713990 and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Period of performance is twelve months (1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008) with three option years. The solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 30 August 2007, http://www.fbo.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. No fax/telephone requests will be accepted. Prospective Offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced web site. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. **NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR RESGISTRTION BY THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
