- Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Sudbury Systems Inc dba RTAS Systems, 31 Union Ave 2nd Foor Sudbury Massachusetts 01776-2269 on or about 20 Sep 07 for the maintenance agreement (24 x 7 x 365) of RTAS Digital Dictation System at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. Date of Performance is 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. Item 0001 ? RTAS Pulse Server (Dell PC) ? 1 ea; Item 0002 RTAS Pulse Server Monitor w/keyboard and mouse ? 1 ea; Item 0003 RTAS FireWire w/cabling & RTAS Adater module ? 1 ea; Item 0004 RTAS Dictation Server ? 1 ea; Item 0005 RTAS User Ports ? Dictation Direct Access ? 35 ea; Item 0006 RTAS User Ports-Dictation Telephone Access ? 4 ea; Item 0007 RTAS User Ports ? Transcription Direct Access ? 7 ea; Item 0008 RTAS User Ports ? Listen-Only Telephone Access ? 2 ea; and Item 0009 RTAS Pulse User Dictation/Transcription Stations ? 50 ea. This is sole requirement due to proprietary based system and continuation of existing contract with RTAS. The requirement is a sole source pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and (d)(1)(B) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency NLT 4:30PM 12 Sep 2007 Contractor must be actively registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov and must complete FAR 52.212-3 (Representation and Certification) at http://www.orca.bpn.gov.
