- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is HURLFC770094Sink and is issued as Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070828, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0823. This solicitation will be issued 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 322215. The small business size is 750 employees. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for: LINE ITEM 0001 QTY 130 Cases: 22 Oz Cold Paper Cups with Hurlburt Services Logo ? Logo shall be 2 color/2 sided. (Case eual 1,000 Cups EA) (Email A1C Sink at justin.sink@hurlburt.af.mil to get the logo) DELIVERY: Shall be delivered to Hurlburt Field AFB, FL 32544. FOB POINT: Destination PRICE MUST INCLUDE SHIPPING. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: (1) TO HAVE A QUOTE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD ALL VENDERS MUST PROVIDE MANUFACTURER, PART NUMBER, AND EXTENDED SPECIFICATIONS OF THE EXACT MODEL BEING PROPOSED FOR ALL LINE ITEMS FOR EVALUATION FOR ?OR EQUAL? , NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN A NON RESPONSIVE BID AND REMOVAL FROM AWARD CONSIDERATION. (2)WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
