- This is a sole source announcement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of this request; quotes are not being requested due to the unique capabilities of the items being requested. This solicitation, 08TC0040, is being issued as a Special Notice Only. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19. The NAICS code is 443120 and the size standard is $8,000,000.00. This request is for Simplant Software. Due to the proprietary nature of the system only the manufacturer can fulfill the request. This system supports of the Sterolithography equipment of the BioEngineering Flight at Wilford Hall Medical Center.
