- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, 4000 gallons of Type 4 aircraft washing soap. FOB: Destination for delivery to Barksdale AFB, LA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FA4608-07-Q-0126. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved to full and open competition. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
