- The VAPHS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BrainLab, Inc., 3 Westbrook Corporate Center Suite 400, Westchester, IL 60154, USA for 1 Kolibri System consisting of Kolibri Navigation Station with mobile camera, for Cranial , Knee & Hip Navigation System. This equipment allows the surgeon to specifically place the implant in the perfect alignment maximizing the life of the implant and allowing minimally invasive procedures.
