- SOLICITATION NOTICE VA-69D-07-RP-0377 TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for Transcription Services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) at Edward Hines VA Hospital, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines Illinois for the period of one year from the date of the award, with up to four one-year options to extend, in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a single commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is a Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business Set-aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561410 is $6.5M. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
