- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to renovate the Boiler Plant at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio as required by drawings and specifications. Work to be completed with 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications, and drawings will be available on line o/a July 31, 2007. Hard copies of the specifications and drawings will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer, requests may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the DVA Medical Center, Building 1, Room 121, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. Bid Opening September 6, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) at the VA Medical Center, Bldg. 1 room 121, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio. This project is 100% Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. NAICS 238220.
