- The FAA Northwest Mountain Region is seeking sources to remove the existing wheel chair lift and install a Garaventa, Artira model, wheel chair lift at the Oakland Air Route Traffic Control Center, 5125 Central Ave, Fremont, CA. This an urgent need based upon ADA and safety requirements. The chair lift must be replaced as soon as possible, but no later than September 30, 2007. A competitive solicitation is not planned for this procurement. Any offeror who believes they can meet the FAA requirements and estimate within the established timeframes is requested to provide supporting qualifications, technical proposal, and cost proposal by September 6, 2007.
