- SUBCONTRACTOR NEEDED TO PROVIDE ON-SITE DENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AT CAREER SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SACRAMENTO JOB CORPS CENTER The Sacramento Job Corps Center, a federally-funded residential training facility servicing 477 resident and non-resident trainees ages 16 to 24 years old, would like to invite qualified bidders to provide on-site dental health services at Sacramento Job Corps Center located at 3100 Meadowview Road in Sacramento. The Dental Subcontractor will provide a total of 8 (eight) hours of on-site dental health services per week for the duration of the contract from November 5, 2007 up to June 30, 2008. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the Sacramento Job Corps Center?s Purchasing Agent, Jesse Rosario, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 916/394-0770 at extension 4323. Bid packages may be requested beginning on August 27, 2007 at the Sacramento Job Corps Center. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent by 12:00 PM on October 8, 2007 to be considered. A pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be held on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 10:00 AM in the Center?s Conference Room located at: SACRAMENTO JOB CORPS CENTER 3100 MEADOWVIEW ROAD SACRAMENTO, CA 95832 NOTE: This is not a Request for Proposal.
