- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for Single room lodging for a maximum of 11 people for four months. Hotel Sleeping Rooms/Suites in the Orlando, Florida area for 11 Rooms/Suites. Rates should be based on the current government travel per diem rate. (TAX EXEMPT) with Check-In on September 1, 2007, until Check-Out on December 14, 2007, to accommodate 11 personnel. Required at a minimum are daily housekeeping services; fully equipped kitchen; coin operated laundry facility or laundry services; provide a 24 hour notification in advance of any maintenance conducted in the room; located at 3452 Lake Lynda Drive Suite 450, Orlando, FL; no more than a 1/2 miles commute one-way from the above address; Florida fire and safety codes; must have safety features in each room (smoke detector, sprinkler system, night latch or deadbolt on door to prevent unauthorized entry from outside. Must not submit invoices more than once monthly. Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed above on an All or None basis. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13.5. All FAR Part 12 Clauses/Provisions are applicable. Awardee must be a certified contractor in the Central Contractor Register (CCR), for payment via electronic funds transfer. All interested parties must submit a quote by close of business 08/30/2007.
