- Description
- The purpose of this requirement is to provide testing, evaluation and other infrastructure support to include operations and maintenance (O&M) for the implementation of the DHS HSPD-12 (Smartcard) Program at DHS Headquarters (HQ) hereafter referred to as the ICISS. The scope includes the necessary installation of multi-vendor equipment, hardware/software components customization, product technical support and maintenance, systems integration and configuration consulting and design and the maintenance of necessary documentation required to maintain FISMA, Federal PKI and interface compliance at the CM and operational facilities. The products and services being procured will enable the Government to install and maintain commercially acquired hardware and software products in DHS data centers on DHS hardware using the DHS OneNet network. This requirement will also support the relocation of the IDMS supporting infrastructure to the Stennis Data Center in Mississippi. This project is a competitive acquisition that is 100% Set Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, NAICS 541512. Period of Performance will be a 6-month base period and three (3) 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be sent via e-mail to only those companies that are interested in receiving it.
