- The purpose of this Amendment is to cancel HSARPA BAA07-02A; Evaluation Period 2. White Paper submittals that may have been uploaded in response to Evaluation Period 2 to the hsarpabaa.com website will be retained in the procurement file. DHS intends to continue to provide opportunities for Prospective Offerors to propose solutions to our many needs. Therefore, we encourage you to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities, HSARPA, SBIR, and Grants.gov websites for notice of these future opportunities. NOTE: A Request for Information (RFI) has been released via the (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and (http://www.hsarpabaa.com) websites. Through the RFI, DHS S&T is seeking responses to determine the capability of the market to provide innovative technologies that may meet SAFECON program goals.
