- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) SP4410-07-R-0016. This RFP is for maintenance of roll-up doors at various sites at the DRMO Hawaii. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code of 811219 with a small business size standard of $6.5M per FAR 52.212-3 and 52.219-6. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed priced, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The RFP will include a 12-month base period, and two (2) 12-month option periods. The following provisions require fill-in by the offerors: Bid Schedule, must be submitted with your proposal.
