- ITEM DESCRIPTION: HEAT INTERCHANGER RIX P/N A271-D2416 NSN 4130-01-365-2740 Qty: 10 Ea with 50% option (15 Ea) and 100% option (20 Ea) PR 13407755 Issue date: TBD Closing date: TBD. DESTINATION: FOB W62G2T DEF DIST DEPOT SAN JOAQUIN, Tracy, CA. DELIVERY: 240. ACQUISITION NOTES: This is an unrestricted acquisition issued under Other Than Full and Open competition procedures. DSCP does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. The evaluation of offers will utilize Best Value procedures. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. The government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data for this acquisition; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by DSCP. The acquisition is not subject to the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply. Copies of the RFP will not be available until the issue date, which is anticipated to be 5/31/2007 with an expected closing date of 7/02/2007.
