- This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 dated 22 MAR 07. NAICS Code 221210. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Solicitation is to procure a firm fixed price contract for non-personal service, to include all labor and material necessary to provide INTERRUPTIBLE NATURLA GAS THROUGH EITHER ATLANTA GAS LIGHT (APPROVED MARKETERS ONLY) OR CITY OF WARNER ROBINS (CITY USE ONLY) PIPELINES FOR ROBINS AFB GA in accordance with the Specifications that will be attached to the solicitation. Period of performance - Date of award through 12 months, with 4 annual options. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JUN-2007).
