- Classification Code: 7622 Description for synopsize Land Mobile Radio Maintenance Service. Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to perform land mobile radio maintenance (LMR) services at Moody AFB, GA. Services include but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance on fixed equipment; 24 hour on call emergency outage repairs (priority 1) at designated areas on Moody AFB; Repair repeaters, base stations, mobile remotes and base pagers; Repair handheld and portable units; perform installations and removals; Prepare trouble tickets; Pickup and deliver handheld and portable equipment with minimal downtimes and timely turnarounds; Maintain FCC compliance; Assist in technical solutions for new LMR projects. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-07-R0016 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 811213. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7622. The contract will be for a basic period of one year (1 Oct 07-30 Sep 08) with four one-year options. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in FAR Part 12. Award will be made using Price-Performance Tradeoff in accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be posted on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov) on or about 10 Aug 07. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
