- All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. For EDI transfer, <Contractor is to provide interior landscaping/plant care at the Defense Commissary Agency Headquarters, Fort Lee VA 23801-1800. The contract will be issued for a base year and four option years. The RFQ will be released on or about 28 August 2007. This RFQ will be issued on a small purchase, emerging small business set-aside basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
