- US GOVERNMENT SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR ASSIGNABLE LAND OPTION IN ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA. The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from fee title owners, or their duly authorized representatives, wanting to participate in an assignable option to purchase a site, or an assemblage of properties for a lease construction project. This expression of interest is for the SITE ONLY. The site shall be located in Erie County located no further than I-90 to the South, no further than Lake Erie to the North, no further than Mill Fair Road to the West, and no further than Troupe Road/Iroquois Road/531 to the East. The site shall be a minimum of 10 acres. Sites must have the capability to provide 2 means of egress to separate main roads. The site shall be zoned for commercial use or be capable of having zoning changed, and shall not be in the floodplain. The seller shall provide all documentation of ownership including entitlement to the property. The site shall be environmentally clean with Seller providing environmental and historic geotechnical information. Seller shall advise if there are any historic structures on or in the immediate area of the site and if there are any known archeological resources on or near the site. Seller shall state the current zoning of the property as well as any applications that may have been submitted to change the zoning of that property to a different intended use. Seller shall provide with their offer a topographical map of their site and a metes and bounds survey of the property. The Seller shall identify on a site plan the distance from the property lines the availability of public utilities (natural gas, water, sewer and electric). Seller should also indicate the closest available connection to fiber optics.
