- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations for the removal and disposal of non-hazardous waste for the Eastern Currency Facility, located at 14th and C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20228-0001. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set?aside with a NAICS Code of 562111 and a corresponding small business size standard of $11.5 M. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price order with a base period of one year and four, one-year option periods. All responsible Offerors should submit their proposals within the timeframe established in this notice and they may be mailed or faxed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Office of Acquisition, Room 705-A, Washington, DC 20228-0001, the fax number is 202/874-2200. Quotations will be evaluated based upon past performance and award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable Offeror. To ensure maximum responsiveness to the Government?s requirements, offerors are encouraged to visit the BEP to observe the site conditions. A site visit has been scheduled on the following date, time, and place: BEP, 14th and C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20228-0001, September 6, 2007, at 10:00 AM EST. Attendees must provide two (2) valid forms of identification and must provide their names via fax 202/874-2200 to Mr. David Mork, at least 24 hours in advance of the site visit.
