- This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Photonic System Inc for quantity 1 ea cable assembly PSI-PM 100 ft. Award to be made based on the lowest technically acceptable quote received. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition, FAR part 13. Direct procurement questions via email to: ellen.hensley@navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement may be considered by the government. The applicable NAICS code is 335921, the size standard is 1000 employees. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendor's doing business with DOD.
