- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N0969707RC062FS is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS 334210. This requirement is for the Housing and Lodging Learning Center (HLLC), NAV Station, Jacksonville Florida. This is a requirement to update Audio Visual Presentation System at Buildings 929 and 929A. To quote on this solicitation, it would be to the Vendors benefit if they do a Site Visit. It will be up to the contractor to determine design, connectivity, functionality, scope of programming and installation requirements necessary to perform the required functions. A one year service of unlimited technical support during normal business hours. A one year service and installation warranty to include all equipment connection cabling and hardware supplied during installation.User friendly system.
