- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis the following items: TS20099-1 Rev E, Octagonal Box (700); TS20108-1 Rev B, Octagonal Lid (200); TS20108-2 Rev B, Octagonal Lid (50); TS20110-1 Rev B, Heat Sink Base (70); TS20110-2 Rev B, Heat Sink Cover (70). The Octobox is a 1" thick; eight (8) sided, basic enclosures used as a building block for the Seaborne Controller Area Network (SeaCAN) Nodes. The enclosure(s) houses the various Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and/or devices used to make up the SeaCAN Systems, as well as, provides sealed interfaces for the interconnecting cables. The Octobox is used in conjunction with a Base and a clear plastic Cover. Any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
