- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: AN/USQ-131B Memory Loader Verifier Sets (MLVS) part number 3359AS2000-2. ON-463/USQ-13-131 Interconnecting Cable Group part number 3359AS853. This requirement is sole sourced to Data Voice Incorporated, 1220 Prospect Ave., Ste. 287, Melbourne, FL 32901, based on the MLVS is the only Navy/Marine approved system for loading software onto the aircraft and is proprietary to Data Voice Incorporated. Any firms believing that they can provide the Memory Loader Verifier Sets, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the service without causing programmatic hardship.
