- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Time and Material Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) to refurbish/repair pre-production BRU-59 Bomb Racks. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: RTSC is the successor through privatization to NAWC Indianapolis facility which served as NAVAIR?s engineering and technical field activity. As a result RTSC has the unique technical knowledge, facilities, tooling and special test equipment to perform the integrated functional capabilities previously provided by NAWC. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
