- The US Army Medical Command, Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, GA has a requirement for Hemocue Blood Bank Reagents. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (NOTE 22) for this requirement (BASE + 4 OPTION YEARS). The sugge sted contractor is Hemocue, Inc, 40 Empire Dr., Lake Forest, CA 92630-2244. Request is for Hemocue Blood Bank Reagents used to measure hemoglobin determination for the Blood Doner Center at Martin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Benning, GA. These reagents are very specific and will only perform properly with Hemocue instrumentatio n currently at the Blood Bank. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide equal Blood Bank Reagents must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their supplies, past performance information, price and delivery time.
