- The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for Simunition Training Equipment to include Weapon Conversion Kits, Adaptor Kits, FX9000 Face Masks, FX9000 Throat Collars and FX9000 Groin Protectors. This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation. If quoting equal items, product description and specifications must be submitted with quote. This procurement will be a full and open solicitation with cascading set-aside to small business set-aside. If the government receives a sufficient number of eli gible small business offers, large business proposals will not be considered for award. The small business standard for North American Industry Classification System Code 332992 is 1000 employees or less. Solicitation Number W912JB-07-T-2015 will be avai lable on or about 29 August 2007 at http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/advertisedsolicitations.asp with an anticipated award date of 17 September 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Completed quotes must be submitted to the USPFO for Michigan no later than 12:00 p.m., local time, 13 September 2007.
