- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 2 each, Wells Cargo 22 ft Wide Body Express Wagon trailers. The following ite ms will be included with each trailer: Trailer: Overall length 22 feet, Body width 8 feet, Inside height is 7 feet 6 inches, Tandem axles, 225/75R15 load range -D- radial tires, Torflex Axle with 12in x2in electronic brakes with weather wiring package, 6 bolt 5.5 spacing hubs and drums, 10,000 #lb GAVR, Load leveling weight distribution kit, Front and rear stabilizer jacks (5000 #lb capacity), 20in wide fold up entry step, extend front frame 1 foot., 2 5/16in top mount coupler with 10in adjustable chan nel, theft prevention coupler sleeve, DOT safety chain, chassis fully undercoated with CPC, Outside grounding rings on each corner, Dual receiver rear cargo carrier, under floor storage with access doors on curve side and road side full width of trailer x 10in deep x 54in long starting at the front axles and going forward 54in with flush lock access doors keyed alike, Outside storage compartment 1 ft deep x 2 ft wide installed on front wall at road side corner with access door on top with lock, R-11 insu lation, Sub floor battery storage with six (6) Optima D-34M batteries, Xantex Inverter 805-3030, Trailer entry door , 36inw x 78in h, right hinged with flush lock and integrated dead bolt starting 24in from curb side front, double rear doors 90 ?in x 81inh with steel strap hinges and aluminum anti-rack cam bar lock, 14 ft 9000 series electric awning with weather guard installed on curb side, ?in plywood floor, black seamless Lon Coin non skid vinyl floor, 3/8in plywood sidewall liner, gray carpet on interio r walls, 1- 5/8in of ceiling installation. Trailer interior: Full width partition wall complete with locking door, partition wall to start 5 ft from front wall and 24in door centered to swing into rear of trailer with RH hinge, On the road side wall starting at partition install two base cabinets - 42in high x 30in deep x 24in long with laminated front and top with one door each, Laminted Permanent inside counter 6ft long x 30in deep x 42in high install counter starting at base cabinets on road side wall and extending 6ft towards rear of trail er, Laminated permanent inside counter 30in high x 4ft long x 24in deep on curb side wall starting at partition wall with butcher block installed on top of counter, Install 78in x 24in deep laminated tip-out counter piano hinge on curb side at permanen t counter and extend towards rear of trailer with butcher block counter top, 18in high x 12in deep x 10 ft long overhead cabinet with 4 doors- install center shelf in overhead cabinet do not install a shelf in first compartment at partition wall- there w ill be a divider between each compartment, On the front wall curb side install 30inW x 24inD x 42inH three drawer base cabinet with laminated front with grab latches and locks- top two drawers 6indeep and bottom drawer 16in deep, On the rest of the front front wall install base cabinet 42inH x 24inD x the rest of the width and joined with three drawer base cabinet full width with laminated front and top , one shelf and positive latches on doors, add a 4.5 cu. Ft. refrigerator install in front compartment o n road side between front cabinet and partition wall, install laminated permanent counter to extend from base cabinet at road side to partition in front compartment to provide counter space over refrigerator. Trailer electrical: Install six (6) 12 volt d ome lights with optic lens install (2) in rear compartment and install (1) in front compartment of trailer on cen terline of ceiling and install (3) under overhead cabinet on road side wall dome lights under cabinet will be switch on dome light housing and not by wall switch, Interior wall switch for 12 V install (1) at side door to operate front dome light and i nstall (1) on the road side wall at rear to operate rear dome lights in the ceiling, 12 V recessed halogen lights install (1) on latch side of side door (towards rear) and install (1) on road side in line with curb side light, install (1) each on sidew alls at rear, install three (3) 50 amp, 120/240 V 16 circuit service panel with 50 amp main breaker install on road side wall at front, Install fifteen (15)p, 120V duplex wall receptacles six (6) on road side wall, evenly spaced over counter and six ( 6) on curb side wall, 6in above counter, three (3) on road side wall in front compartment, Install three (3) 20 amp, 120V duplex wall receptacles (1) on road side wall between partition wall and cabinet for refrigerator, 12in from floor one (1) on fr ont wall to power A/C unit and one (1) on road side wall at rear, 12in from floor, Install six (6) 4 ft double fluorescent light fixture with diffuser cover install (1) at rear running side to side and install (1) in front compartment side to side over front counter and install (2) along road side and (2) along curb side evenly spaced front to rear and 24in in from sidewalls in rear compartment, cable hatch access doors for shore lines, 120V, 9900 BTU wall mounted air conditioner installed front wall of trailer, install two (2) Carrier roof mounted heat pumps/air conditioners. Trailer specialty items: Special aluminum A-Frame mounted tool box with spare tire mount inside, spare tire, fire extinguishers, seven way trailer end connector, 10 ft long alumi num roof platform with ?in plywood deck installed at front of trailer, permanent ladder on curb side front wall of trailer, freight to ship to Fort Huachuca. FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under N et 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, 4 September 2007.
