- 17. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: AAA Systems Bowling Green, KY 42103-7903. The procurement will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106- 1(b), for 2 each, March Networks CCTV Systems for fire station # 1 (Building 1747) and fire station #5 (Building 4199). The following components for these systems: 2 each, March Networks 3108 DVR 8 Camera with power supply, configuration tool software and 400 GB Hard Drive. 4 each, Color bullet style camera, 3.6 mm lens. 5 each, color bullet style camera, 6 mm lens. 1,100 foot, RG59 and 18/2 cable. 58 each, RG59 BNC video connector. 8 each, video splitter amplifier. 2 each, 4 port color quad video processor. 4 each, tatung 19 inches flat panel monitor. 4 universal LCD monitor wall mount. 1 each, upgrade and adjustment to existing March Networks CCTV System at building 123. with the following components: Periodic adjustments and cleaning of CCTV system every six months. 1 each, March Networks 4310 digital video recorder, 16 video channels (2) 400 GB drives, 120 FPS recording. 1each, extended warranty for 4310 DVR, adds 1 year for 3 years total. 1 each, alarm option kit for March 400 series DVR, 16 alarm input and 4 relay outputs. 2 each, audio option kit for March 4000 series DVR, 6 audio channels. 1 each, RS-485 data port option kit for 4000 series recorders PTZ communication. 4 each, color Minidome camera 2.9mm wide angle lens (3 interview rooms and 1 patrol room). 3 each color bullet style camera 6mm lens (3 interview rooms close-up view). 1 each, color Minidome camera 4.3mm (front desk area). 2 each, color Minidome camera, 6mm lens (hall cameras). 4 each, color outdoor enviro-cam, 4-9mm auto iris lens, high resolution (4 fixed parking lot cameras). 1 each, high speed PTZ camera in environmental housing w / wall mt. 25x optical zoom, day / night resolution. 1 each, controller for SD25 PTZ camera. 9 each, crown pressure zone wall plate microphone (3 interview rooms, 3 D-cells patrol rooms, booking and holding cell). 4 each push button wall plate with indicator light (constant record activation for interview rooms and holding cell). 3 each, 3/4 inches recessed door contacts (D-cell recording activation). 1 each, rack mounted 32 channels 24 VAC camera power supply (replaces existing and handles additional cameras). 1 each, rack mounted 16 channels 12 VDC power supply (microphones and 12v cameras). 900 foot, 22/4 alarm cable (door contacts and button activation). 2,000 foot RG59 and 18/2 video and power cable. 750 foot, burial / Sun resistant rated RG59 coax. 750 foot, burial / Sun resistant rated 18/2. 900 foot, 22ga. 4 cond. Stranded shielded cable (mic audio cable). 1 each, pack of UV resistant wire ties. 36 each, RG59 BNC video connector and 3 each, BNC barrel connector / coupler!! The basis for restricting competition is because AAA Systems authorized dealer for TN / KY for March Network equipment. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561621. Small business size standard is $11.5 Millions. This sole source requirement will be procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition and awarded on an unrestricted basis. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and solicitation will not be issued; however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Numbered Note 22 applies to this Synopsis. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by th e Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with the manufacturers authorized distributor and installer AAA Systems.
