Bragg intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. This device will be utilized in the following Vocera Communications System will play a key role to the Medical Center's ability to provide mobile voice-command communications via wireless throughout the entire Medical Center and three Super Clinics. Critical Care areas of the Medical Center are: Code Blue Teams, Emergency Department, Surgical Unit and the Birthing Unit. The installation of this has to be undoubtly compatible with the Medical Center's pre-existing server. It is crucial that this device is tested and the Medical Center staff is trained on its usage. Vocera has to deliver with accuracy and speed in order to support the In-house mobilized Medical Staff in their effort to provide faster response times to patient care needs. The purpose of this reposting is to answer questions,post clarifications regarding part numbers and adding a detailed scope of work for this requirement. An additional line item has been added to this requirement to capture the cost of approximate 525 Access Points located throughout the medical center to include the 3 Super Clinics. The purpose of this admendment is to include the line item#4 quote to include cards in the scope of work. Also, to add line item#25 for Travel. LINE ITEMS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are amended to specific part numbers for the amendment are now included. LINE ITEMS 20 and 23 are amended to reflect vocera part numbers consistent with item description. LINE ITEMS 3 and 4 now relate to each other as Reports Server items. LINE ITEMS 5 and 6 now relate to each other as Digital Telephony items.
