THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISION AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 2005-18 AND CLASS DEVIATION 2005-00001, DEFENSE ACQUISITION CIRCULAR (DAC) 91-13 CORRECTION AND AIR FORCE ACQUISITION CIRCULAR (AFAC) 2007-0531. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON FEDBIZOPPS AND CAN BE FOUND AT THE FOLLOWING WEB SITE: HTTP://WWW.FBO.GOV/. SOLICITATION# : F3QCCL7234A001 is issued as a Request for Quote using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR Part 13.5. Offerors shall provide quotes for all items or services listed - multiple awards under this solicitation are not authorized. This acquisition is solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 7 SEP 2007 @ 2:00 P.M. EST. All qualified sources interested in this requirement should submit quotes to the above point of contact. LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001 STATEMENT OF WORK Contractor to provide all parts, tools, labor, supervision and round trip travel to Robins AFB, GA (Joint Travel Regulations apply) to conduct on-site preventative maintenance services on seven (7) Contraves Model 51T-11 Two Axis Table Systems, SN: 97412-1,2,3,5,8,9,10 per following statement of work: 1. Clean and perform slipring noise test on each table. 2. Evaluate the condition of each slipring assembly, advise the customer of their condition and make a recommendation to replace or not. If replacement is recommended, provide a quote on price and delivery for evaluation under a separate contract. 3. Repair the tilt axis clamp on one of the tables. 4. Provide informal training to two technicians on the system operation and service techniques. 5. JTR for travel is $99/day perdiem rate for Robins AFB area. Travel costs paid at actual expensed rate. Price quote shall be inclusive is travel time and on-site labor for two technicians not to exceed seven days.
