- For the procurement of One (1) NSI-SC-5634 Positioner with dc-26.5 Rotary Joint for NASIC/MS, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. NAICS Code 334513, and Size Standard 500. This is a Sole Source procurement. Synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Center for Nearfield Systems, Incorportated, 19730 Magellan Drive, Torrance, CA 90502. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within Five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by 04 September 2007, by 8:00 E.S.T (Eastern Standard Time) to Brittany Carter at brittany.carter@wpafb.af.mil.
