SUBPART: 59 Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components OFF ADD: AFFTC/PKTB Directorate of Contracting, 5 South Wolfe Avenue, Edwards AFB, CA 93524 SUBJECT: Power Controller and Accessories REF NO.: F1S0AZ7179B001 DUE: 7 September 2007 POC: Brian Wu, (661) 277-3282 (Phone) DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for a quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20060908. This acquisition is small business-set aside. The NAICS code is 334416. Description: The Air Force Research Laboratory has a requirement for a Power Controller and Accessories with the following specifications: 1. Power Controller 2U Rack P/N: IPC3552 Quantity: 3 EA 2. Engineering for IPC3552 P/N: IPC3552-NRE Quantity: 3 LO 3. Power Controller 1U Rack P/N: IPC3401-NET Quantity: 3 EA 4. Cord Set P/N: 010-9341 Quantity: 3 EA 5. Auto Voltage Sensing P/N: IPC3402-A2-NET Quantity: 19 EA 6. Cord Set P/N: 010-9339 Quantity: 19 EA This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (addendum to paragraph (h): a single award will be made; FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision with the offer via the ORCA website.
