- The VA Medical Center, 1 VA Center, Augusta, Maine is seeking potential sources to provide ARC FLASH HAZARD ANALYSIS. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and qualified personnel to provide assistance in the development and implementation of the ARC Flash and Electrical Safety Programs at VAMC Togus, Maine. Includes review of existing safety program, resources and facility conditions to determine what steps need to be taken to enable Togus to comply with industry ARC Flash mandates and requirements. Consultant/Contractor field personnel must have up-to-date training in electrical safety and shall supply and utilize their own personal protective equipment for electrical shock hazards and ARC Flash Hazards. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $4.5 Million. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company/provider; business size; socio-economic category, if any; if services are on a Federal Supply Schedule; firm's experience in providing ARC Flash and Electrical Safety Programs and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement, in strict accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
