- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, has issued a solicitation RFQ-031303-0004-8 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - Bread. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 1, 2007 and end December 28, 2007. Deliveries will be made to The Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe RD, Talladega, Alabama 35160. The contract type is firm -fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 28, 2007 and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 19, 2007. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations (Aug 2005) are included.
