- The US Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic (MLCLANT), Norfolk, VA will issue solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) HSCG84-07-R-AA7199 on or about 30 August 2007, as an A76 Standard Competition for public works and facilities engineering services at Air Station Borinquen Aguadilla Puerto Rico. This standard competition is a full and open competition. The solicitation will be available at the Coast Guard website http://www.uscg.mil/mlclant/fdiv/fdiv.html. Due date for offers will be 31 October 2007. The NAICS code is 561210. The Small Business Size Standard is $32.5 Million. The RFP shall include a six month transition period, a one-year base period, plus four one-year option periods. The formal announcement of this standard competition was posted to Federal Business Opportunity website on 1 May 2007. Reference is made to Ref. No. USCGBORINQUEN-A76PW, as all information regarding standard competition, up to the release of this solicitation, had been issued against it.
