- The U.S. Export Assistance Center intends to establish a purchase order for support services for US Export Assistance Centers in Cleveland, OH. Services are to support to assist International Trade Specialist in the design & implementation of client international marketing efforts. Period of performance to begin date of award will continue thru March 31, 2008. Minimum Requirements: 1) Assists trade specialists with client management and support including screening for export readiness, setting appointments, preparing materials, follow-up and data recording . Identifies/Proposes/Shares process and program improvements as appropriate. 2) Assists in the maintenance of a professional and effective office environment. 3) Possesses Knowledge of Commercial Service technologies (E-Menu, Lotus Notes, Client Management System, DOC Insider) and E-business tools (Export.gov) to achieve international marketing objective. 4) Assists local office in setting client appointments with visiting officials (e.g. Foreign Service Nationals, etc) and recruits export clients for seminars and conferences. 5) Proactively searches for new clients.
